Why Owens Corning Duration Estate Gray for a Williston reroof?
Owens Corning Duration in Estate Gray was the system chosen for this full Williston replacement after age and leaks on a roughly 22-year shingle roof.
The homeowners compared metal and decided to stay with architectural shingles. Estate Gray is a multi-tone gray Duration color that fits a wooded Levy County lot. About 97 squares covered this larger home, with 8 starter bundles and 11 ProEdge hip and ridge bundles finishing the peaks.
Sales consultant Alex Lawrence kept the scope on a planned replacement. Age plus active leaks was enough reason to replace the system instead of chasing patches on a roof past two decades.
Does a full Williston reroof include new drip edge?
Yes. On every full roof replacement we install new drip edge with the new roof system.
This Williston job used new white drip edge throughout with the Estate Gray Duration field. Edge metal lines the eaves and rakes and protects the deck edge where water leaves the roof. We never reuse old drip edge on a full reroof.

What does a finished Estate Gray field look like in Williston?
This job is a completed reroof with a clean Estate Gray Duration field, matching ProEdge on the ridges, and finished planes across a large multi-dormer home.
Williston homes take Levy County heat, summer storms, and heavy tree cover. A Duration system with new white drip edge is built for that weather on a residential lot in Williston.
